Exchange & Completion
When the solicitors are satisfied that everything is in order they will arrange a convenient date for exchange and completion. In exchange of contracts, the purchaser is legally obligated to purchase your property and on completion, their solicitor will transfer the balance of the purchase price to your solicitors and you will have successfully sold your property, we will call you to let you know when we have ‘key release’ from your solicitors so we can give the keys to the new owner.
